For the

MSSNY Albany Legislative Visit

Make certain your call for FAIRNESS IN HEALTH INSURANCE is heard.

Make certain your call for LIABILITY REFORM is heard.

Make certain your call for FAIRNESS IN THE 2010 STATE BUDGET is heard.

Come to Albany so that the voice of medicine is heard
Loud and Clear!

New York County Medical Society buses will leave Manhattan at 6:30 a.m. (12 East 41st Street) and 6:45 a.m. (near Lenox Hill Hospital at Park Avenue & 77th Street, southeast corner). On the bus you’ll get breakfast, your own package of background information, and your own schedule for the day; you’ll hear all about our planned activities; and you’ll take part in our discussion of the issues. Shortly after 9:00 a.m. we’ll arrive and go straight to the auditorium to join MSSNY members from around the state, for speeches by key legislators and representatives of the Governor’s office. We’ll march and rally on the steps of the Capitol. We’ll eat lunch and then our NYCMS groups will fan out for pre-scheduled visits with individual Manhattan legislators in their offices. We’ll finish by 4:00 p.m., re-board our buses and depart – arriving in Manhattan, weather permitting, by 7:00 p.m. Breakfast, lunch and travel are all free. Mark your calendar now! Call Susan Tucker at (212) 684-4670, ext. 212, or Lisa Joseph at (212) 684-4670, ext. 222. Or, e-mail stucker@nycms.org or ljoseph@nycms.org
